Our specialties feature the highest quality seafood, prime beef, pork, and poultry. Beginning with superior ingredients is essential to creating exceptional cuisine, which is why Javier’s exclusively sources the freshest and finest products available.

We take great pride in offering exclusive center-cut #1 prime Angus beef from Omaha, Nebraska—corn-fed and expertly aged to perfection. Our seafood offerings include only the finest seasonal selections, such as #1 White Mexican prawns, chemical-free U-10 scallops, 100% leg meat Dungeness crab, and Maine lobster, all responsibly selected from sustainable sources.

Our Journey

1995 – Javier’s first location opens in Laguna Beach and quickly becomes a local favorite. After 13 years, the Laguna Beach restaurant closes on New Year’s Eve 2007.

2004 – Javier’s opens at the Irvine Spectrum.

2008 – Javier’s relocates to the Crystal Cove Promenade in Newport Beach.

2008 – Javier’s opens its Los Cabos location at the Cabo Azul Resort in Mexico.

2012 – Javier’s opens at ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. Located on the casino floor, it offers a spectacular setting with signature Mexican cuisine and drinks.

2017 – Javier’s opens at Westfield Century City in Los Angeles.

2018 – Javier’s opens at Westfield UTC in La Jolla, San Diego.

2025 – Javier’s opens in Downtown Los Angeles at the Circa building, bringing sleek urban dining to the city’s core.
