A 20% gratuity is applied to parties of six or more.

Payment
Personal checks are not accepted. A maximum of five credit cards may be used per party; separate checks cannot be accommodated.

Children & Strollers
Children are welcome; however, strollers are not permitted. Our team will gladly assist with alternative accommodations.

pets
To preserve the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not permitted. Service animals, as defined by the ADA, are welcome.

Corkage & Outside Desserts

All Locations (except Las Vegas): Guests are welcome to bring their own wine; a corkage fee of $35 per standard bottle applies.

Las Vegas: A corkage fee of $50 per standard bottle and $100 per magnum will be applied.

Outside Desserts

All Locations (except Las Vegas): Guests may bring an outside cake or dessert with a service fee of $3 per guest.

Las Vegas: A service fee of $5 per guest will be applied.

We kindly ask that guests secure their belongings, as Javier’s cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen items.
